• 1927 - Company is founded by Harold W. Young Inc. as the New England sales representative for the Sweets Company of America.
• 1938 - Sweets Company of America becomes Tootsie Roll and all direct salesmen become sales brokers.  Company expands candy lines.
• 1975 - Jerold Young becomes President and company is incorporated.
• 1998 - Betsy Harris becomes President.  Jerry Young becomes Chairman.
• 2000 - Harold W. Young Inc. co-founds national broker network, CSN (Consolidated Sales Network).
• 2001 - Company expands again into new offices in Natick MA.
• 2003 - Andrew Young becomes Co-President focusing on C-store and vending.. 
  
• 2003 - Company builds comprehensive retail coverage network to support candy and snack sales to all classes of trade.
• 2003 - Company founds Vend-Partners to expand vending coverage throughout New England and upsate New York.
• 2005 - C-Store Partners established to provide comprehensive coverage network from Maine through mid-Atlantic region.
• 2010 - Company partners with Grant Sales and S & E Sales to form HWY Partners servicing all classes of trade from Maine to Virginia.
• 2010 - Retail Service Partners expands to provide comprehensive merchandising capabilities and coverage.
